2.1 Age Requirement. The pl68 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register for and use pl68. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. pl68 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend or close accounts where the minimum age requirement cannot be confirmed.
2.2 Jurisdictional Responsibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of pl68 is lawful in your jurisdiction. pl68 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any particular location. Pakistani players are strongly advised to verify the legal status of online gambling in their specific area before registering. pl68 accepts no liability for any breach of local law by a player.
2.3 One Account Per Person. Each player may hold only one pl68 account. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
2.4 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering for pl68. Any material misrepresentation in registration details constitutes grounds for account termination.
2.5 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pl68 login credentials. pl68 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.1 pl68 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not allow any other person to use your account, place bets on your behalf, or access your account wallet.
3.2 pl68 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence ("EDD") checks on any account at any time, including requests for identity documents, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction.
3.3 Accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. pl68 will notify the account holder by email before any dormancy fees or account closure procedures are applied.
3.4 pl68 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where pl68 suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or risk to the integrity of the platform.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pl68 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other major Pakistani banks), USDT TRC20, Visa, Mastercard, and UnionPay. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit to your pl68 account is Rs 500. Minimum deposit amounts for specific payment methods may vary and are displayed at the point of deposit.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. pl68 processes withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Standard processing times are as follows: mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) typically within 1–4 hours; bank transfers within 1–3 business days; crypto withdrawals within 24 hours subject to network confirmation times.
4.4 Identity Verification for Withdrawals. pl68 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Requests for documents must be satisfied before funds are released. This is a compliance requirement and not a discretionary delay.
4.5 Currency. All pl68 account balances are held and displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pl68 is not responsible for any exchange rate losses incurred by players who deposit using non-PKR instruments.
4.6 Third-Party Payments. Deposits must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. pl68 will not accept deposits from third-party accounts and may return or confiscate funds identified as originating from a third party.
5.1 General. All sports bets and casino wagers placed on pl68 are subject to the specific product rules applicable to each bet type, game, or event. Product-specific rules are displayed within the relevant section of the pl68 platform.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. pl68 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has concluded, bets that exceed pl68's published maximum stake limits, and bets placed in error due to manifest pricing mistakes.
5.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided by pl68 in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, match abandonment, technical errors in odds display, and confirmed integrity breaches affecting a relevant event.
5.4 Live Betting. In-play or live betting markets are offered at pl68's discretion. pl68 accepts no responsibility for network connectivity issues experienced by the player that affect their ability to place or settle live bets.
5.5 Casino Games. All casino game outcomes on pl68 — including live dealer games, video slots, and table games — are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or real-world dealing procedures. pl68 does not manipulate game outcomes.
5.6 Winnings. Verified winnings will be credited to your pl68 account balance promptly following settlement. pl68 reserves the right to withhold payment pending investigation in cases where the integrity of a win is in question.
6.1 pl68 may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible players. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
6.2 Bonus funds and promotional credits are generally subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, and time limits are set out in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 pl68 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the relevant promotional terms.
6.4 Abuse of pl68 promotions — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts to claim offers, the use of automated tools, and coordinated bonus abuse — is prohibited and will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and potential account closure.
7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pl68 platform:

8.1 pl68 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
8.2 Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. A player who self-excludes agrees not to attempt to circumvent the self-exclusion by creating new accounts or contacting pl68 to reverse the exclusion during the chosen exclusion period.

8.4 pl68 will not knowingly allow a self-excluded player to continue gambling on the platform. However, pl68 cannot guarantee the absolute prevention of access if a player actively misrepresents their identity.
9.1 All content on the pl68 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, odds data, and game content — is the property of pl68 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pl68 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any pl68 content without prior written consent.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pl68 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of profit, or damage to device software.
10.2 pl68 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
10.3 pl68 is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party game providers whose products appear in the pl68 Casino lobby. Any disputes regarding game outcomes from certified providers must be directed to the relevant game provider.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11.1 pl68 may amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the pl68 platform prior to the changes taking effect.
11.2 If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must stop using the pl68 platform and may request account closure. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12.1 These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pl68 is incorporated and licensed. Players agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction for resolution of any dispute.
12.2 Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under any applicable mandatory local law provisions.
